Beauty is found in all things small and large, it is often prominient and many times obscure. It reflects in all forms, from the physical to the written word. If one takes the time to truly look they will see that beauty is everywhere.

Today I smiled knowing that the memories of the past are quickly fading
Today I forgave myself for the wasted months needed to grieve
Today I hit the pavement running till my legs could no longer bare
Today I drenched in the sunlight of a brand new life
Today I dreamt of a love that Ive never had
Today I laughed with a joy from that arose from the depth of my soul
